Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) How to commit a mail fraud cover up. Anatomy
of a Work Comp Fraud cover up.
Barb
Clark, R.N., sustained an undisputed industrial injury in 1994. Since
then, it has been an uphill struggle to hold the Adventist hospital system
accountable for her injuries. Although the California Supreme Court has
upheld her workers' compensation Awards and Orders for treatment, the
Adventologists seem to use every legal trick in the book to avoid providing
court mandated medical care. Barb has had an on-going lawsuit in Kern
County Superior Court under the racketeering influenced and corrupt organizations
(RICO) Act since 2001 against the Adventology hospital in Bakersfield.
Her federal lawsuit, under the Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871, was filed in
November, 2005. EDITORIAL: Don't be fooled by the religious trappings of this organization. This organization is just another super corporation with all the corruption that follows any other American business. Question is, how involved is the State of California in this racketeering scheme? |
| "...There has been a number of Adventist leaders and pastors who have been removed from their positions because of supposed or proven improper financial activities, including misappropriations of funds. On the United States federal government level, the IRS, SEC, FBI, and Justice Department have all initiated investigations, and some Seventh-day Adventist conference administrators may even face trial for fraud."
